As part of this, select cities received a unique colourway inspired by the city's sports heritage, being made exclusively available in the region it was based upon. This 2016 launch saw New York, Los Angeles, Charlotte, and Chicago all honoured with that treatment and The Air Jordan 10 Retro Chicago lifted from that pack is a homage to the cities flag. Adorned with the white, red and baby blue colours of Chicago and a city designation 'CHI' is embroidered on the ankle in place of the traditional '23/45' number to complete this Jordan 10's unique celebration of the windy city.
