Welcome to Qonika. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our online store and the transactions conducted on it. By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.


1. Purpose and Authenticity

Qonika specializes in the sale of international brand sneakers. We guarantee that all products sold on our platform are 100% authentic. Every pair undergoes a rigorous quality control check before shipping.

2. Orders and Availability

  • Validation: An order is considered final upon receipt of payment and the sending of a confirmation email.

  • Stock: Our offers are valid as long as stock lasts. In the event of an exceptional stock error, you will be refunded immediately.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding shipping costs.

  • Payments are made via the secure payment methods available on the site (Credit Cards, PayPal, etc.).

  • Qonika retains ownership of the products until full payment is received.

4. Shipping and Tracking

  • We ship products to the address provided at checkout.

  • Delivery times are indicative and depend on the chosen carrier.

  • A tracking number will be provided for every order as soon as it is shipped.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with consumer laws, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return your product.

  • Strict Condition: To be accepted, sneakers must be returned new, unworn, with all accessories (extra laces, tags), and in their original, intact box.

  • The shoe box must not be used as the shipping container (it must be protected by external packaging).

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless an error was made on our part.

6. Data Protection (GDPR)

Your personal information is used solely for processing your orders and improving your experience on Qonika. We do not sell any data to third parties.

7. Liability

Qonika cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the misuse of the purchased product or delivery delays caused by shipping services.

8. Governing Law

In the event of a dispute, the competent courts shall be those of the location of the company's registered office, following an attempt at an amicable resolution.
