At Qonika, we value your satisfaction above all. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return and refund policy.

Eligibility for Returns:
    •    Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
    •    Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
    •    Any tags, labels, or protective covers must remain intact.

Non-Refundable Items:
    •    Sale or clearance items.
    •    Gift cards.
    •    Items damaged by misuse or improper care.

Return Process:
    1.    Contact our support team at support@qonika.com with your order number and reason for return.
    2.    Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions.
    3.    Ship your items back to the provided address.

Refund Processing:
    •    Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
    •    Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Qonika error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

Exchanges:
    •    Exchanges are available subject to stock availability.
    •    Contact support for instructions before sending back any items for an exchange.
